Epic Israel is a full board stage mountain bike race for professional and amateurs riders. Over 500 riders from Israel and overseas are expected to participate in the four day  event that journeys through biblical landscapes and breathtaking views.

This year the race will be held in a couples' edition designed for mountain bike riders that love the hours on the saddle, the spectacular views of nature and challenged by the long routes. Riders cover between 90-120 km a day with between 1500-2400 m climbing, on a marathon route which is both varied and exhilarating.

This year, Epic Israel a2019 is taking things up a notch with a special 4 day edition titled “Knights of the Galilee” featuring some of the best tracks since the race’s beginning.

The 2019 tracks will include some magnificent monuments, historical sites, ancient fortresses and walls, all intertwined with stunning trails, brilliantly constructed singles, breathtaking views, fabulous shorelines and unique attractions.

Epic Israel is a memorial event for Giora Tsachor who died in an accident during one of his morning rides. Giora's heritage of completing successfully and professionally unique challenges and targets combined with love for nature and Israel, is embodied in the event and its unique character.
